Voici l'avion qui apres 6h30 de voyage jusqu'a Boston, 2h30 d'escale et encore 2h30 de voyage, nous amena enfin a Chicago, point de depart de la fameuse "Route 66".
this is the plane, after 6 1/2 hours in the sky when we landed in Boston, then another 2 1/2 hours before we land in Chicago, the starting point of the famous Route 66.

Approchant les 3h du matin en France, et seulement 20h a Chicago, nous sommes allés manger vite fait et ensuite dodo pour recuperer et pouvoir visiter le lendemain Chicago.
nearly 3am french time and only 8pm in Chicago, quick diner and go to bed to catching up on sleep and be able to visit Chicago tomorow.

Heathow Airport: Premiere rencontre

Première rencontre à Heathrow en attendant Peter a la sortie des toilettes.
first encouter at heathrow while i was waiting for Peter when he went to the toilet.

Elle (she): -"Hi! Allright" (Avec un fort accent américain)
Phil: -"Yes I'm fine"
Elle(she): -"Have you been to the concert?"
Phil: -"Concert? No, where?"
Elle(she): -"Hyde Park"
Phil: -"I didn't know it was one there"
Elle(she): -"I was working there for 3 days"
Phil: -"Oh nice, where you from?"
Elle(she): -"San Diego, I work for Hard Rock Cafe there, what about you?"
Phil: -"We are going to Chicago to do the Route 66"
Elle(she): -"Oh nice, the san diego Hard rock Cafe is not far from L.A., come and let's have drink!"
Phil: -"Thanks we will"

Son ami ressort des toilettes, nous l'avions remarques plus tôt a la douane, petit homme, la cinquantaine, tatoue de haut en bas, longue barbe, un peu comme Peter mais vraiment plus long!!! Piercings dans les oreilles et elargiseurs de lobes ainsi qu'un piercing en forme de corne de vache dans le nez. Elle me présente, je lui serre la main et il me dit en partant: -"Kiss brother!"

then her friend came out the toilets, we noticed him before at customs control, a small man about 50, tatoos everywhere, long beard like Peter but really longer!!! piercings in ears ring in ears lobes and one in the nose in cow horns shape. She introduced me, we shake hands and he went away saying "kiss brothers!"

Ça y est l'aventure est en route!!.
